隐私政策 / Privacy Policy

1. 适用范围 / Scope

本政策适用于 StarCue iOS App 及 starcue.zizaiastro.com。如果第三方服务由 Apple 或其他提供方直接运营，其自身隐私政策也可能适用。

This policy applies to the StarCue iOS app and starcue.zizaiastro.com. Services operated directly by Apple or another provider may also be governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

2. 我们处理的资料 / Data we process

出生与星盘资料 / Birth and chart data

当你建立个人星盘时，可能会提供姓名或称呼、出生日期、出生时间和出生地点。StarCue 使用这些资料计算本命盘、行运、今日信息和主题趋势。

When you create a chart, you may provide a name or label, birth date, birth time, and birth place. StarCue uses this information to calculate natal charts, transits, daily guidance, and theme trends.

设备与诊断资料 / Device and diagnostic data

为保障稳定性，App 可能处理版本号、设备与系统类别、错误类型、请求状态和低精度性能信息。诊断资料不应包含完整出生资料、星盘正文、笔记或支付信息。

To maintain reliability, the app may process app version, device and operating-system category, error type, request status, and coarse performance information. Diagnostics should not contain full birth data, chart content, notes, or payment information.

支持请求 / Support requests

当你主动联系我们时，我们会处理你的邮箱地址、邮件内容及你选择提供的附件，以回应和解决问题。

When you contact us, we process your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide so we can respond and resolve the issue.

3. 本机保存与计算请求 / On-device storage and calculation requests

无需账户即可使用的资料优先保存在你的设备上。你主动请求个人化结果时，计算所需资料可能临时发送至 StarCue 使用的区域服务；这些资料只应用于完成该请求、安全防护和故障排查，不用于广告定向。

Data used without an account is stored primarily on your device. When you request personalized results, information needed for the calculation may be sent temporarily to StarCue’s regional services. It is used to complete the request, protect the service, and troubleshoot failures—not for targeted advertising.

4. 账户与同步 / Accounts and sync

如果上线版本提供账户或云同步，相关资料会与经过验证的账户身份关联，并以访问控制规则隔离。游客资料不会因为你尚未登录而自动成为公开资料。具体可用功能以上线版本为准。

If the released version provides accounts or cloud sync, related data will be associated with a verified account identity and separated through access controls. Guest data does not become public simply because you are not signed in. Availability depends on the released version.

5. 订阅与 Apple / Subscriptions and Apple

App 内购买由 Apple 处理。StarCue 不接收你的完整银行卡资料。为确认订阅权益，App 或服务端可能接收 Apple 提供的交易标识、产品标识、状态、到期时间、退款或撤销状态等必要信息。

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. StarCue does not receive your complete card details. To confirm subscription access, the app or its service may receive necessary information from Apple, such as transaction and product identifiers, status, expiration, refund, or revocation state.

6. 第三方服务 / Service providers

StarCue 可能使用托管、数据库、鉴权、地点搜索、地图和错误诊断服务来提供必要功能。这些提供方只能为约定目的处理所需资料，并受其服务条款与隐私承诺约束。正式发布前，本节会补充最终使用的提供方清单。

StarCue may use hosting, database, authentication, place search, map, and error-diagnostic services to provide necessary features. These providers may process required information only for the agreed purpose and are subject to their own terms and privacy commitments. The final provider list will be added before release.

7. 保存、删除与安全 / Retention, deletion, and security

资料只在实现本政策所述目的、履行法律义务、解决争议或防止滥用所需的时间内保存。本机资料可以通过 App 内相应操作或清除 App 数据删除；账户资料的删除方式会在账户功能上线时明确提供。

Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention. On-device data can be removed through the relevant in-app controls or by clearing app data. Account-data deletion instructions will be provided when account features are released.

我们使用与资料敏感程度相匹配的技术和组织措施，但任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。

We use technical and organizational safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the data, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

8. 你的选择与联系我们 / Your choices and contact

你可以选择不提供非必要资料、关闭可选分析、停止使用相关功能，并依法提出查阅、更正或删除请求。适用权利因所在地而异。

You may choose not to provide optional information, disable optional analytics, stop using a feature, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Rights may vary by location.
