1. 适用范围 / Scope

本政策适用于 StarCue iOS App 及 starcue.zizaiastro.com。如果第三方服务由 Apple 或其他提供方直接运营，其自身隐私政策也可能适用。

This policy applies to the StarCue iOS app and starcue.zizaiastro.com. Services operated directly by Apple or another provider may also be governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

2. 我们处理的资料 / Data we process

出生与星盘资料 / Birth and chart data

当你建立个人星盘时，可能会提供姓名或称呼、出生日期、出生时间和出生地点。StarCue 使用这些资料计算本命盘、行运、今日信息和主题趋势。

When you create a chart, you may provide a name or label, birth date, birth time, and birth place. StarCue uses this information to calculate natal charts, transits, daily guidance, and theme trends.

设备与诊断资料 / Device and diagnostic data

为保障稳定性，App 可能处理版本号、设备与系统类别、错误类型、请求状态和低精度性能信息。诊断资料不应包含完整出生资料、星盘正文、笔记或支付信息。

To maintain reliability, the app may process app version, device and operating-system category, error type, request status, and coarse performance information. Diagnostics should not contain full birth data, chart content, notes, or payment information.

支持请求 / Support requests

当你主动联系我们时，我们会处理你的邮箱地址、邮件内容及你选择提供的附件，以回应和解决问题。

When you contact us, we process your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide so we can respond and resolve the issue.

3. 本机保存与计算请求 / On-device storage and calculation requests

无需账户即可使用的资料优先保存在你的设备上。你主动请求个人化结果时，计算所需资料可能临时发送至 StarCue 使用的区域服务；这些资料只应用于完成该请求、安全防护和故障排查，不用于广告定向。

Data used without an account is stored primarily on your device. When you request personalized results, information needed for the calculation may be sent temporarily to StarCue’s regional services. It is used to complete the request, protect the service, and troubleshoot failures—not for targeted advertising.

4. 账户与同步 / Accounts and sync

StarCue 提供邮箱账户和云同步。同步资料与经过验证的账户身份关联，并通过用户级访问控制隔离。游客资料不会因为你尚未登录而成为公开资料。

StarCue provides email accounts and cloud sync. Synced data is associated with a verified account identity and isolated through user-level access controls. Guest data does not become public simply because you are not signed in.

5. 一次性买断与 Apple / One-time purchase and Apple

App 内购买为一次性买断，由 Apple 处理。StarCue 不接收你的完整银行卡资料。为确认购买权益，App 或服务端可能接收 Apple 提供的交易标识、产品标识、状态、退款或撤销状态等必要信息。

The in-app purchase is a single one-time purchase processed by Apple. StarCue does not receive your complete card details. To confirm purchase access, the app or its service may receive necessary information from Apple, such as transaction and product identifiers, status, refund, or revocation state.

6. 第三方服务 / Service providers

托管和 API 运行于 Vercel；账户、鉴权和云数据库使用 Supabase；地点搜索使用 OpenStreetMap 生态的 Photon 与 Nominatim；App 内一次性买断购买由 Apple 处理。联系支持时，你的邮件还会由所使用的邮件服务商传送。当前 App 构建未配置第三方广告或分析发送端。

Hosting and APIs run on Vercel; accounts, authentication, and cloud database services use Supabase; place search uses the OpenStreetMap ecosystem (Photon and Nominatim); and Apple processes the one-time in-app purchase. Support email is transmitted by the relevant email providers. The current app build has no third-party advertising or analytics delivery endpoint.

7. 保存、删除与安全 / Retention, deletion, and security

资料只在实现本政策所述目的、履行法律义务、解决争议或防止滥用所需的时间内保存。已登录用户可以在 App 的“我的 → 账户与同步 → 删除账户”发起永久删除。删除会移除账户及其云端星盘、文件夹、关系、笔记和权益关联；依法或为防止欺诈必须保留的支付审计记录会先解除账户关联。删除账户不影响 Apple 侧的一次性买断记录，同一 Apple ID 之后仍可通过「恢复购买」重新解锁且不重复收费。本机加密资料可通过清除 App 数据删除。

Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention. Signed-in users can initiate permanent deletion in the app at Me → Account & Sync → Delete account. Deletion removes the account and its cloud charts, folders, relationships, notes, and entitlement link. Payment audit records required by law or fraud prevention are retained only after unlinking the account. Account deletion does not affect the one-time purchase record held by Apple; the same Apple ID can restore the unlock later at no extra charge. Encrypted on-device data can be removed by clearing app data.

我们使用与资料敏感程度相匹配的技术和组织措施，但任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。

We use technical and organizational safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the data, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

8. 你的选择与联系我们 / Your choices and contact

你可以选择不提供非必要资料、关闭可选分析、停止使用相关功能，并依法提出查阅、更正或删除请求。适用权利因所在地而异。

You may choose not to provide optional information, disable optional analytics, stop using a feature, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Rights may vary by location.
