1. 服务性质 / Nature of the service

StarCue 根据你提供的出生资料、天文星历与占星规则生成星盘、行运和时间趋势内容。这些内容用于个人反思、规划与娱乐参考，不构成医疗、心理、法律、财务、投资、职业或其他专业建议。

StarCue uses birth information you provide, astronomical ephemeris data, and astrological rules to generate charts, transits, and timing trends. The content is for personal reflection, planning, and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, career, or other professional advice.

2. 资料准确性与账户安全 / Data accuracy and account security

你负责确认输入的出生日期、时间、地点和其他资料是否准确。错误或不完整的资料会影响计算结果。如果账户功能可用，你应保护自己的登录凭据并及时报告未经授权的访问。

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of birth date, time, place, and other information you enter. Incorrect or incomplete inputs can affect calculations. If account features are available, you are responsible for protecting your credentials and reporting unauthorized access promptly.

3. 免费功能与 StarCue Pro / Free features and StarCue Pro

App 可以免费下载，基础本命盘计划保持免费。部分更长时间范围或进阶能力可能需要自动续期的 StarCue Pro 订阅。最终功能、试用资格与权益以上线 App 内显示和 App Store 信息为准。

The app may be downloaded free of charge, and the foundational natal chart is intended to remain free. Some longer time ranges or advanced capabilities may require an auto-renewing StarCue Pro subscription. Final features, trial eligibility, and access are those shown in the released app and on the App Store.

4. 订阅、续订与取消 / Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

订阅由 Apple 通过你的 Apple 账户收费，并按照购买时显示的周期自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束前依照 Apple 的规则取消。你可以在 iPhone“设置”中的“订阅”管理或取消。价格、税费、退款和计费争议适用 Apple 的记录及政策。

Subscriptions are billed by Apple to your Apple Account and renew for the period shown at purchase unless canceled before the current period ends under Apple’s rules. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings under Subscriptions. Prices, taxes, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by Apple’s records and policies.

5. 可接受使用 / Acceptable use

你不得尝试破坏服务安全、绕过访问限制、批量抓取内容、干扰其他用户、上传恶意代码，或将服务用于违法、欺诈、侵权或伤害他人的目的。

You may not compromise service security, bypass access controls, scrape content at scale, interfere with other users, upload malicious code, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful purposes.

6. 知识产权 / Intellectual property

StarCue 的软件、视觉设计、品牌、文字、计算呈现和其他受保护内容归其权利人所有。条款只授予你个人、有限、非独占、不可转让的使用许可，不转移任何所有权。

StarCue’s software, visual design, branding, text, calculation presentation, and other protected material belong to their respective rights holders. These terms grant only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and do not transfer ownership.

7. 可用性与责任边界 / Availability and limits

我们会努力维持服务准确和可用，但不保证服务永不中断、没有错误或始终适合你的特定目的。在适用法律允许的范围内，StarCue 对因依赖占星内容、网络或第三方服务中断、资料输入错误而产生的间接或后果性损失不承担责任。

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, StarCue is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on astrological content, network or third-party interruptions, or incorrect inputs.

本条不排除或限制法律不允许排除或限制的消费者权利或责任。

Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. 变更、终止与联系 / Changes, termination, and contact

我们可能为安全、合规、功能或运营原因更新服务与条款。重大变更会通过合理方式通知。违反条款、存在安全风险或法律要求时，我们可能限制或终止相关访问。

We may update the service and these terms for security, compliance, feature, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Access may be limited or terminated for violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
